1/ Ability to self-perform warranty, maintenance, upkeep and repair obligations

First, the technical team is built by employees with 2 to over 10 years of experience, professional working style, and high expertise, contributing to determining the quality of the product after repair and replacement.

• The warranty team consists of 05 technical staff and 01 team leader to serve customers promptly.
• The warranty team specializes in performing equipment maintenance, repair, and replacement according to customer requirements.
• The team will be responsible for receiving customer information, scheduling a survey and summarizing to come up with the best implementation plan, then preparing accessories, performing the work and instructing the customer on handover.
• Technical staff and workers regularly attend professional training courses and periodic occupational safety and fire prevention training courses.
• The company applies criteria for employees to perform work according to 5S standards.
• Quality management according to ISO 9001: 2015

The factory is equipped with many modern machines and equipment serving production activities and warranty and maintenance services such as:

The factory is equipped with equipment: large-format sheet metal bending machines, Plasma cutting machines, pipe bending machines and many tigs, mig welding machines, drilling machines…

• The warranty team is equipped with many additional tools such as electric drills, hand-held cutters, hand-held bolt wrenches and portable generators.
• Machinery and equipment are listed for monitoring and periodic maintenance inspection at the company. All are also periodically inspected for technical and operational safety by Safety Inspection Joint Stock Company 3.
• Regarding means of transportation for warranty and spare parts replacement, the Company is equipped with 1 pickup truck and 1 small truck to transport technical staff, spare parts, machinery and equipment to customer service points. For very far locations that cannot be reached quickly, technical staff are arranged to travel by air to serve customers.

A very important issue in warranty and spare parts replacement is always of concern and attention to the Company such as:

• The company always meets customer requirements because spare parts are always available in large quantities in stock.
• For spare parts that must be imported from foreign suppliers (not available in Vietnam), the import department will import in advance to ensure sufficient materials and goods are always available in the warehouse.
• Spare parts have been checked, have clear origin, and are kept in a separate logbook.
• The material supply department is always looking for new sources of goods with better advantages and more functions.

2/ Commitment to provide spare parts and after-sales service upon request.

• Our company is committed to fulfilling the requirements of after-sales service for customers with the highest service spirit, as quickly as possible, including products with high technology content. No matter how damaged the product is, how difficult it is, the staff will still perform with the aim of efficiency and maximum savings for customers.
• In particular, there are products that are out of warranty and even without customer request, the Company still repaints them for customers.
